An explosive and plyometric workout using nothing but your body. Power workouts are designed to get your heart pumping and torch calories! These moves will improve speed, agility, and endurance.  Start your Monday off with these awesome cardio workouts and set the tone for an epic week. *When you are watching the videos, pay attention to both the modifier and advanced moves. Remember to adjust the workouts for your personal fitness level.

STRENGTH TUESDAYS

Get your weights ready for Tuesdays. I would love for you to have a light set and a heavy set. (Actual weight will depend on your fitness level and will vary for everyone.) Strength workouts will put you through a total body circuit and get sweating! These workouts are designed to burn fat while toning muscles and building strength. *Watch each video before your workout and focus on the form and breathing cues provided. Always keep your core engaged to support your lower back while using weights.

ZERO WEDNESDAYS

ZERO = zero impact. Don’t be fooled by the name, these workouts will challenge your physical and mental strength too.  These workouts will combine circuits of body weight moves and weights. A great workout to get your heart rate pumping without beating up your joints.  *The moves in this workout come from your core. So when you start to feel tired or weak, focus on engaging your core with each move to make it through the circuit!

STACKED THURSDAYS

These workouts combine strength and cardio moves to increase the calorie and fat burning zone for 20-25 min circuits. Grab your light weights for these workouts and set your timers. These will have you sweating by the end of round 1!  *The combination of these moves are designed to burn more calories in a shorter period of time. However, YOU have to push it in this workout to make sure that it works! Dig in and work hard because your week is almost over.

BALANCE FRIDAYS

These workouts will only use one side of your body at a time. Balance workouts force the body to target your core and stabilizing muscles in a way that is only possible when you are balancing. Having a strong sense of balance and stable core help our bodies to perform regular, daily tasks safely and effectively. Functional fitness at its best! *Finding a steady breath during these workouts will help you focus on form and stay balanced. Remember to draw your belly button in when you are feeling wobbly to engage your core.
